On June 17, 2009 the luxurious Beacon Hotel, managed by Capital Hotels & Suites, hosted the launch party for VelocityDC, raising funds for artistic fees and inaugurating DC’s newest annual dance event!

The party’s vibe was a truly impressive testament to the appeal behind VelocityDC’s vision of accessibility, cultural diversity, and partnership for DC’s dance community.
